WHIC welcomes House Democratic Doctors Caucus Chair

Thanks to Rep. Kim Schrier (D-WA) who serves as the Chair of the House Democratic Doctors Caucus and is a member of the House E&C Health Subcommittee for joining us in person yesterday. Catherine Cohen facilitated the “fireside chat” and Rep. Schrier discussed a range of issues from the MAHA agenda, the FDA’s priority reviews, prior authorization, Medicaid reimbursements and medtech industry concerns about site neutral payments.

We had an outstanding mix of new and existing WHIC partners and guests joining virtually and in person. The WHIC continued its tradition of inviting senior healthcare leaders to join our forum to discuss with us the latest health policy.
